LGBTQ+ allyship is vital in creating a more inclusive society for all individuals. LGBTQ+ people still face discrimination and marginalisation in many areas of life, including in education, the workplace, housing, and healthcare.
Our LGBTQ+ allyship training is designed to help participants understand the experiences and challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, and how to be an effective ally. The training covers a number of topics, including UK law, Welsh Government guidance, the impact of discrimination and marginalisation, and ways to support and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community.
Through interactive activities and discussions, participants will learn how to challenge their own biases and become more effective allies in their personal and professional lives.
