LGBTQ+ Training and Workshops with Pride Cymru

As the largest grassroots LGBTQ+ charity in Wales, we have unique insight into the Welsh LGBTQ+ community. We offer bespoke training to organisations of all sizes, designed to provide a deeper understanding of the LGBTQ+ community, our struggles and our triumphs.

Through Pride Cymru’s training sessions and workshops, you will learn how to create a more inclusive workplace, and your team members will learn how to be effective allies. We provide a variety of training sessions suitable for individuals from all backgrounds and industries, providing you with the tools to instil LGTBQ+ inclusion into your organisation.

Whether you are looking to improve your personal or professional life, our LGBTQ+ trainings and workshops will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to make a positive impact on the world.

2025 Festival Accessibility?

We understand that many members of the community require additional support in accessing events, services and facilities throughout the city. We were awarded the GOLD award on Attitude is Everything’s Live Events Access Charter in 2019 and re-awarded the Gold award in 2023 for our hard work and commitment to making Pride Cymru as accessible as possible for Deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people.

Where will the 2025 Festival be held?

For 2025, we are moving back to the location of our very first event: Coopers Field, Bute Park. This site gives us much more flexibility and our team has already started working on making sure this event is the most accessible yet!

The 2025 festival is currently due to be Saturday 21st & Sunday 22nd June.
