A Message of Thanks and Pride This Christmas

As 2025 draws to a close, Pride Cymru’s trustees want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us this year. Together, we are building something truly special for Wales, a Pride that belongs to all of us.

This year’s Pride event was our most memorable yet, a vibrant celebration of LGBTQ+ communities across the nation. It showed what can be achieved when volunteers, staff, partners, and supporters come together with a shared vision. We are determined to build on this momentum and continue delivering a sustainable, meaningful, and safe national Pride event that reflects the diversity and strength of Wales.

We are proud of our dedicated team, whose commitment has transformed our reputation and impact. From navigating complex partnerships to keeping the organisation running day‑to‑day, their efforts demonstrate that Pride Cymru is a Wales‑wide charity doing good things for good reasons.

We know that headlines can sometimes feel discouraging, but Pride Cymru remains steadfast in its mission: to campaign for equality, to amplify LGBTQ+ voices, and to celebrate diversity without apology. We are ordinary people doing extraordinary things because we believe in a world free from discrimination, where everyone can thrive.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to continue strengthening our impact and deepening our connections across Wales. For many, Christmas is a time of joy and rest; for others it can be difficult. We hold space for both realities, and we remain committed to building a community where everyone feels seen and supported.Thank you once again for standing with us. Your support makes our work possible, and we look forward to continuing this journey together in the new year.
